"This art museum is about a ten-minute drive from Yamanakako Interchange or about a 15-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange. Is located immediately next to Oshino Shinobi no Sato bus stop. The museum shares a building with the Koike Kunio Drawing Letter Art Museum. It exhibits a large collection of photography by Koyo Okada, a photographer who was enamored by the beauty of Mt. Fuji seen from Oshino Village. In addition to a permanent exhibit of 50 photographs includes his masterpiece ""Kohan no Haru"" (Spring on the Lakeshore), the museum also displays Okada's cameras, the writings of authors with whom he was close, and other items. The museum broadly introduces the achievements of Okada, who was known to many as ""Koyo-san."""

絵手紙の創始者の小池邦夫の作品を集めた美術館なので絵手紙をされている方は訪れる価値があると思います。忍野八海から近い割には観光コースではないので混雑とは無縁でゆっくり鑑賞できます。入館料は大人500円です。

絵手紙の創始者小池邦夫氏が、親友の正岡千年氏に送った、たくさんの絵手紙が展示されていました。ほのぼのとした中に、エネルギーを感じる作品がありました。

一歳の娘、妻、母と伺いました常設展は小池邦夫さんの絵手紙展です母は絵手紙がみたいとのことで常設展に企画展で中井精也さんの個展をやっていました妻と私は迷わずこちらに中井さんの写真や本は普段から拝見してましたが個展は来たことがなかったので楽しかったです平日のためかお客さんもあまりいなかったのでゆっくりみることができました
