This art museum is located about a five-minute drive from Shirane Interchange or Minami-Alps Interchange on the Chubu-Odan Expressway. It features a collection of nihonga (Japanese-style paintings), book illustrations, book designing and binding, and other works. The collection has a particular focus on the yakusha-e (kabuki actor pictures) of Natori Shunsen, a painter born in Ogasahara, Minami-Alps City. The collection also features numerous works of artists with a connection to the region who were contemporaries of Shunsen as well as contemporary artists. The museum also holds genreless exhibitions that celebrate freedom of expression. It also offers a rental gallery in the form of its Citizen's Gallery and conducts a variety of educational programs and other events targeted at people of all ages.

甲府からバスで４０分、片道￥６５０かけてミロ展を見に行った。小さな田舎の美術館であるが、体温測定、住所TEL記入、アルコール消毒と感染対策。荷物は受付で預かってもらえる。

県道４２号沿い。「山梨の日本酒展」を見に行きました。入館料５００円。ワインだけではなく日本酒も美味しい山梨の魅力を知ることができたのが収穫。１階は写真撮影可能。
南アルプス市の美術館を見学する。。。

甲府に用事があり、中部横断道を途中で降り、新装された小綺麗な美術館に入館する。女房殿は、絵画を少しやっているので、付き合いでサーと見学する。女房殿は、ゆっくり鑑賞して出てきました。小生は、駐車場に戻り、いつもの通リ、少し待っていました。来る前に、ネットで展示会などの情報を得てきた方が、いいと思われます。車で来なければなりません。
