高島屋でもお取り扱いがありますが、本店が烏丸駅から徒歩10分ほど、なんなら地下を通ると地上にいる時間は5分ほどでしたので、暑い夏場でも行く気になりました。山芋を使った上生菓子を頂きました。ふわふわしていて、美味しい。

末富は松原通りにある京菓子の老舗のお店です。本でお菓子や包装紙の美しさがよく紹介されていて、前から行ってみたいと思っていました。行くと、引き戸のお店で中の様子が見えません。引き戸を開けると商品のショーケースがあり、奥で仕事をしている方がたくさんおられました。京ふうせんを買いました。他にもお煎餅など、いろんなお菓子が売られていました。京ふうせんはこれからいただきます。楽しみです。

松原通りを烏丸から少し西に入ったあたり。ビルの１階です。重厚な構えですが、勇気を出して入店。店員さんにお勧めのお菓子を聞きます。４つ買っただけですが、対応はとても丁寧でした。家に帰って包みをしげしげと眺めます。有名は水色の包み紙がとても素敵です。包みを開けて家族とそれぞれ選んで食べました。自分が選択は鬼のきんとん。節分まであと少しです。緑の鬼は角が生えてます。豆をぶつけられた様子に見えて...
