This historical restaurant was established in 1898, and is said to be the oldest restaurant in Sennan. Customers can enjoy Shiroishi's specialty dish, Shiroishi Uumen noodles, in the restaurant's calm, homey atmosphere. The restaurant's most popular dish is Curry Uumen. The warm noodles with their soft texture are paired excellently with the curry sauce flavored with dashi soup stock. The spicy fragrance enhances the appetite and customers find they have finished their bowl in no time. Alternatively, there is the Shiroishi Castle Uumen Gozen course meal, which features the tableware imitating Shiroishi Castle, filled to the brim with Uumen noodles, tempura, salad and fruits.
