"This is the gallery for the Hazama Sake Brewery, which brews pure rice sake made entirely with the ginjo-tsukuri method. It has exhibits of old brewery tools and holds tours of the sake brewery in an old atmosphere. It is said that about 80% of sake's quality comes from the water, so the finest sake has been made for a long time from the high-quality local water source. This store's signature product, ""Enayama,"" has a purely elegant taste using Enayama's underground water from the southernmost end of the Central Alps. It can be tasted in the hall decorated with modern white and black contrasts."
