This science museum is located approximately ten minutes from Nakatsugawa Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. You can enjoy learning while experiencing various things such as the earth, universe, life, weather, sound, light, electricity and energy. There is also a miniature planetarium with projected stars on a three-meter diameter dome that can be viewed with only the admission fee. In addition to exhibits to learn about science, there are also Saturday workshop events for children that are crowded with families on weekends.

中津川は何度も訪れているのでもうほとんど行くところがなく、残された小さな施設を訪ね歩いていました。私にとって科学館というのはプラネタリウムがあって広大な敷地で難しいことを考えるべきだけどそんなことよりとりあえず回したりたたいたり音を鳴らしたりイエーイ！楽しい！！という施設なのですが、そういう意味ではこの科学館は非常に物足りないでしょう。紙コップやらお菓子箱で作られた手製のおもちゃや危険度の低い...

子どもたちが生き物、力、電気、光、音、土砂災害などいろいろな現象を体験、理解するのに良い場所に思えます。館があまり広すぎないのも利用を助けるように思えます。館の前の道路下に駐車場があります。
