This day-use hot spring bathhouse provides a reasonably priced stay in Gero Onsen, which is one of Japan's three top hot springs along with Arima Onsen in Hyogo Prefecture and Kusatsu Onsen in Gunma Prefecture. Its seven kinds of baths include a cascade bath, a hydrogen bath, a body shower, and an outdoor bath. The soft water isn't irritating and leaves the skin feeling smooth. In addition to an overnight plan with half board, they also offer a day plan providing a cotton yukata robe and a towel, making it a great bath house for couples and families.

奥のプールが使われていた

いつもは、露天の奥のプールは閉鎖されているが、お盆だからか、プールに綺麗な水がはってあった。幼児でも足がつく。熱中症が騒がれる昨今気持ち良い。
銭湯ですが、お湯は下呂温泉。370円也

浴室に入ってのは第一印象は「失敗した」でした。銭湯そのものです。今回下呂温泉は初めだったので、お湯が無色無臭と理解していなかったので、記憶違いで普通の銭湯に来てしまったと思ったぐらい、見かけは普通の銭湯。やけくそでお湯に浸かったところ、まとわりつくようなヌルヌル感。あとで別の温泉にはいったので、そっちと比べると、ややあっさり目のヌルヌル感。でも、サウナもあり、小さいながら露天もあって金額...
