This is a multipurpose facility located next to Ninohe Station in Moriai, Ishikiridokoro, Ninohe City. It includes a souvenir shop that sells products of the three prefectures of Aomori, Akita, and Iwate, as well as an event hall, a networking space, and a Japanese-style restaurant that uses local ingredients. The 31-meter observation tower affords a panoramic view of Ninohe.

二戸市は漆 日本酒 農産物など様々な特産品があります。ここでのお買い物でこの界隈の全てが購入できるのでお勧めです。

二戸市の旧市街地は馬淵川の向こう岸にあるため、駅周辺はこれといったみどころがなく、また新幹線の停車本数も非常に少ないことから、乗車までの待ち時間をここで過ごすのは賢明。
二戸市内や周辺だけでなく、県内一円から集められたお土産が買えます。また観光案内所もあり、観光案内のパンフレットをここで入手することも可能。食事処もあります。
