Nagasawaya Oseiame Honpo黄精飴本舗 長澤屋
This venerable confectionary, founded in 1853, is located in Shinmei-cho, Morioka City. Its flagship product, Osei Ame is a soft candy traditional in Morioka, made by taking the traditional Chinese medicine ingredient, Osei, extracted from underground rhizome of the perennial plant Solomon's seal, and mixing it with sticky rice and sugar.
