Mito Komon Chaya (水戸黄門茶屋)
This tea house is located inside Tokiwa Shrine, in front of Kairakuen Station, in 1-chome, Tokiwa-cho, Mito City. It can be found near the entrance of Kairakuen, which is a famous spot for plum blossom viewing. The tea house serves snacks and drinks, including plum softcream, and is a convenient place to rest. It also sells umeboshi daifuku, from KyofuWagashi Gojo, a Japanese confectionery store in Himeko, Mito City.
