This soba restaurant and cafe is located in Koya, Moriya City. The store is a renovated private residence, originally built in the early Meiji period. It serves dishes such as handmade soba, anmitsu, homemade cakes and hand drip coffee. It also has a lunch course only on weekdays (a reservation is required), where customers can enjoy seasonal appetizers and desserts. In addition to events such as concerts, there is a Japanese-style tatami room and detached kura(storehouse) building, which can be hired as a rental space.

昔町長さんの奥様の御実家とかで敷居高い感じですがとっても良い
ご主人なのでいいですよ。来ていらっしゃるお客様の顔触れも良いのでちょっと、贅沢した感じかな?お蕎麦食べてみたいです。

市のビップの関係者が経営している店で、いろいろなイベントが行われている店。調度品も高そうなものが多く気を使う。地位のある人たちの会議や宴会につかわれているようだ。料理は普通。

守谷市にあるジョイフル本田駐車場にそって伸びる黒塀が目立つ。茶房かやの木、壁にそばカフェとある。重厚な門を潜るとなるほどかやの木の巨木が眼前に聳える。正面の旧家玄関の矢印に従い右に回り込むと暖簾が下がる入口。4人掛けのテーブルが2つにカウンター3席と意外に狭い。カウンターの前にかまど、黒光りした板壁から昔の台所と思われる。BGMはジャズで、店内仄かに油の香り。これは天ぷら蕎麦ですね。お昼時とあって...
