It offers experience workshops in hand-rolling Ehime's local specialty tart, which is made by wrapping bean paste in castella dough. The chestnut center Hatada Chestnut Tart can also be made to take home in this experience workshop, and a factory tour is also included.

松山から少し東に走った国道沿いにあるお菓子屋さん。ツアーのバスも立ち寄るみたいで、駐車場も相当広いです。館内も広くて試食品も多いですが、御栗タルトをお土産に購入してみました。栗がたっぷり入っていて、お茶によく合いました。
店員さん怖かった!

さっき、５０００円以上土産を買いました。レジの男性の対応があまりにも冷たくって…笑顔一切ナシ。レジの途中、何かを取りに行ったらしく結構待って何も言わず行き、戻っても一言もなく(¯―¯٥)カードを持ってないとポイントは使えません！（今まで大丈夫だったのに…）商品券はうちのしか使えません!恐る恐る、申し訳ないですがビニールの袋のが助かります…とお願いすると大紙袋から紙袋出して...
