This direct sales shop is attached to the Minakuchi Shuzo brewery in Dogokita-machi, Matsuyama City. Visitors can sample and purchase a wide variety of the company’s products, most notably Japanese sakes such as Nikitatsu and Dogo Kurazake, which have been brewed since the Meiji period. Other offerings include Dogo Beer, Dogo Ale, a sparkling alcoholic beverage using local fruits, and Dogo Shochu, a distilled liquor made with sake lees and other ingredients from Ehime. The shop also sells sake vessels and original brewery merchandise.

『にきたつ庵』で食事をいただいた後立ち寄りました。白壁の蔵のようなつくりの店舗に、日本酒や道後ビール・サイダーのほか、食べ物やグラスなどいろいろ取り扱われています。蔵元直営ショップとのことですがお酒の試飲など積極的に行われているわけではなく『蔵元』感を期待するとちょっと肩すかしに思えるかも。
大吟醸ケーキが気になりました。

水口酒造直営のショップです。こちらで製造されている日本酒以外に道後ビールやサイダーなども販売しています。日本全国に向けて宅急便での発送も承っているので、気軽に買い物も出来ます。店員さんは日本酒について非常に詳しいので、好みを伝えれば的確に選んでくれました。

ハイカラ通りからにきたつの道を4.5分歩いたところにある蔵元直営のショップです。
地ビールである道後ビールはケルシュタイプをはじめ4種類の味わいを楽しむことが出来ます。
また、海鼠壁の蔵の様な店舗は趣があって良かったです。
