Honsho-zan Kogetsuin Jakusho-ji Temple

Temple
A Buddhist temple in Samugairi, Matsudaira-cho, Toyota City founded in 1367 by the priest Kanryu. It was the Matsudaira clan's family temple. The main temple and temple gate were dedicated by Tokugawa Iemitsu in 1641. The precincts have been designated the Matsudaira Clan Historic Ruins, a National Historic Site. The Tenka Chakai tea gathering is held every year in late May.
