Chashitu Kanaretei
Located right near Ai-Chikyuhaku-Kinen-Koen Station on the Tobu Kyuryo Line (Linimo), this tearoom is in a Japanese garden in the Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park (Morikoro Park). Visitors can encounter nature there while experiencing traditional Japanese traditional culture through the spirit of the tea ceremony. The venue's name derives from the Kanare River, which has its source in the area. Four tea rooms are available for rental fee and reservation, including about 13.2 square meter hall as well as smaller rooms of about 6.6 square meters. They also offer matcha green tea and sweets served with special tea ceremony seating on chairs to sit on. Reservations aren't required, but a fee applies.
