Hakata Ramen Shin-Shin Tenjin Main Store博多らーめん Shin-Shin(シンシン) 天神本店

A ramen noodle shop in Tenjin 3 Chome, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City. Their original tonkotsu pork broth stems from a concept of a pure soup that's easy to eat and everyone will drink to the last drop and is made with Aritadori chicken bones from Saga and a blend of herbs and spices. Their Hakata ShinShin Ramen is topped with chashu pork simmered in their secret sauce and can be ordered in a combo set with fried rice or a chashu rice bowl.
