A park in Toga-mura Kamimomose, Nanto. The park is equipped with performing arts facilities including the Toga Sanbo, a remodeled residence with a traditional steep thatched roof, as well as the New Toga Sanbo, Toga Open Air Theater, Center for Creative Exchange/ Toga Art Theater, the outdoor Rock Theater, and the Toga Studio. Along with being the base point for the SCOT Theater Company, it's also used for theatrical international exchange events and art education.
