This multi-generational bamboo farm boasts 24 hectares of beautifully maintained bamboo thickets that stretch as far as the eye can see. From April to June, visitors can enjoy a variety of activities including foraging for bamboo shoots, drinking matcha tea out of bamboo cups, bamboo crafts, and bamboo hammocking. It is also possible take strolls through the bamboo thickets, which are illuminated at night. Relying on the lights from their borrowed paper lantern, visitors can enjoy experience that can only be described as otherworldly.

散歩にちょうど良い広さ(のんびり歩いて30分)映画やCMのロケに使われているのも納得できる感じで、コスプレして写真や動画を撮る目的で訪れても満足出来そう。平日だったのですいていました。

手入れのされた美しい竹が広がる農場は栗園から始まり亀甲竹ー水戸黄門が使う杖、真竹、孟宗竹ーおーいお茶のCMを撮影、ケヤキの大木、仏面竹、金明孟宗竹ーるろうに剣心伝説の最後編撮影、宝木堀ー椎名林檎のPVなどなどベリー園を抜けて一周するまでに楽しめます。途中の竹で作られたブランコはタイムスリップするかの様な神秘的な景色を見られました。
竹林は100年の歴史、観光化は5年前。竹林散策は別世界。

竹林に囲まれてゆっくり散策できる別世界。入場料は500円ですが、入場料＋お抹茶（竹の器）＋栗和菓子のセットが1,000円なので、こちらの方をお勧めします。夏は、アイス抹茶です。竹の器は、持って帰れます。散策コースの途中に、テント張りの茶屋があり、そこでいただきます。夜は、ライトアップされます（が、入場料は高くなります）。映画やTVコマーシャルのロケで使われています。夏でも竹林の中は涼しく快...
