OZAWA SHUZO
A sake brewery in Tokyo's retreat of Okutama that has been making rice wine the same way since its establishment in 1702. The fine sake is made with Okutama spring water and has a refined flavor and crisp aftertaste. They conduct free brewery tours that present the sake making process as well as stories about the facility. At the end of the tour you can try Sawanoi's Kikizake, super popular with sake aficionados.
