Mouke-jinja Shrine
Mouke is a homonym for profitability, making this lucky shrine a hot topic seeing many visitors from around the country. Its origins are unknown, but the shrine used to be called Myoken Mouke-no-Miya after a local guardian deity. It's located outside of town and you need to climb a flight of 264 stone steps to reach it. Once there, people believes money and business prosperity will follow. It's been featured in the media many times, It also fills with people on October 17th for its annual festival with a variety of events.
