"This soba shop is on Prefectural Road 381, in Yokoyama, Oishida-machi, Kitamurayama County. They offer ""Juwari"" noodles (soba flour only, no wheat, etc.) made with 100% top quality soba flour. In addition to Itasoba (served dry on a flat tray with dipping soup), they offer chicken Tori soba and Kaimochi (another name for soba dumplings)."
