A hot spring inn located in Prince Shotoku, a town affiliated with the legendary Prince Shotoku. The waters of the bathhouse' simple hot spring are said to ease rheumatism and aid in the recovery from fatigue. Facilities include a large indoor bath, hinoki cypress outdoor bath, and lie down bath, and customers can enjoy a relaxing soak along with the area's mountainous scenery. The bathhouse has free two-in-one shampoo and conditioner and body soap, and also sells towels, shavers, and toothbrushes, making it easy to stop by without having to prepare anything in advance. There's a rest lounge open to non-guests, and a restaurant and a cafe serving a variety of food, and visitors can spend a relaxing day at the bathhouse. The facility also has lodging. 虹の湯ばかりもつまらんので、一山越えて延羽の湯にいこうとしている途中、竹ノ内街道を大阪側に越えたところで看板を発見。ものは試しでいってみようと急遽目的地変更して訪れた温泉。JAFなら大人のみ10%割引アリです。外から見た感じは良い感じで、温泉も100%源泉掛け流しで、湯温は幼稚園児には少々熱いかな？と思うくらいですが、まぁ大丈夫な範囲だと思います。露天には寝湯もあって、のんびり入れます...

ひっそりとした奥座敷の温泉といった感じです(^。^)透明なお湯で、源泉を使用しているそうで、度々お邪魔しています。露天風呂、岩風呂、檜風呂と湯温も様々ですが、打たせ湯やバブルバス、サウナもあり、いつも気分で入り比べしています。育児中の腱鞘炎もお湯に浸かった後ましになったと実感しました。そちらの温泉に10回入ると痛い所が軽減されるという声があるそうです。若者向けと言うより、年配の方が多く...
