A soba noodle restaurant located close to Kotorigaike Pond along Prefectural Route 36. The restaurant crafts its noodles by hand with the utmost care, adjusting the recipe based on the current temperature and humidity and using flour home ground with a stone mill to maximize aroma. The restaurant also uses underground spring water from Mt. Togakushi and a variety of other ingredients from Togakushi. The restaurant's juwari soba noodles, made with 100% buckwheat flour, are limited to just a few customers each day. Other menu selections include cold zaru soba noodles, kake soba hot noodles in broth, and soba-gaki dumplings, as well as sweets like soba cheesecake.

お盆に訪問。渋滞の為予定より到着時間が遅くなり開店5分前に滑り込み、ちょうど最後の1台のスペースに駐車できラッキー。名簿表に名前を記入し呼び出しマシーンを取りまた名簿にその番号を記入。最初の呼び出しでは、名簿表左一列全部呼ばれていた模様です。我々は待機することちょうど1時間で呼ばれました。朝食抜きで待ちに待った今年初のお蕎麦と季節の野菜入り天ぷらに舌鼓を打ちました。わが家からは遠いけ...
