This day-use hot spring bathhouse attached to Roadside Station Echizen is located about a 50-minute drive from Sabae Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway. along National Routes 8, 365, and 305. It is comprised of two areas, the Kani no Yu and the Suisen no Yu, each equipped with characteristic outdoor baths and indoor baths. The two areas are rotated between the genders on the 15th of each month. All of its baths face the majestic Sea of Japan, allowing bathers to relax while enjoying views of the sunset, the starry night sky, or the lights of the fishing boats in the water. Its sodium hydrogen carbonate springs are said to help with conditions such as nerve pain and muscle soreness.

休憩スペースもゆったり

お昼前に利用しました。貸切風呂の方がゆったりできるかなと思いましたが、あいにく利用できませんでした。でも、利用者の少ない日で貸し切り状態でした。景色もよくて、すいていたし、休憩スペースは広々していてゆっくりできました。また来年蟹漁が始まる頃にお邪魔したいです。
日本海を見ながらの露天風呂は最高

この建物の１階には海鮮などのお土産物屋さん、そして魚料理などの軽食ができるレストランも入っていました。シャンプーやリンス、ボディソープは完備していますが、バスタオルや小タオルは有料貸し出しです。日本海を望む露天風呂があり、かもめや海を眺めながら、ゆっくりとお風呂に浸かり幸せでした。

越前岬で夕日を見た後に温泉に入ろうとこちらの温泉を訪れました。露天風呂はそこまで広くないものの、日本海が目の前に広がっており夕日がきれいに見えると思われますが、すでに真っ暗。夕日に合わせて訪れると良いと思います。
