"This shop, located a 10-minute drive from the Soka Interchange and Misato-nishi Interchange on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway, makes and sells Soka senbei rice crackers, a local specialty. The shop gets its first class rice unpolished from local, specially contracted farms and polishes it on-site just prior to using it to make its rice cracker dough. Adjoined by the rice cracker factory, customers can purchase piping hot, fresh made rice crackers. The shop's popular ""Tenpiboshi"" crackers, which are cooked by hand using sun-dried dough, are only made in small batches and sell out quickly. The shop also offers factory tours and a senbei rice cracker grilling activity (advance reservation required)."
