Hakone Skyline

On this scenic driving route, you can enjoy driving along with views of Lake Ashinoko and Mt. Fuji. Five kilometers long, the road connects the west side of the outer rim of the crater of Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park with Gotemba and the Hakone Pass. In Hakone Ashinoko Observatory Park, visitors can take in an expansive view of Lake Ashinoko; in addition, an observatory parking area in front of a toll booth commands a view of Mt. Fuji. Making use of prefectural routes and Ashinoko Sky Line, visitors can enjoy comfortable driving with no traffic signals across a 23 kilometer long stretch of road.
