This outdoor activity center is located a 10-minute drive from the Minakami Interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway. With the support of the center's skilled staff, visitors can enjoy a variety of activity tours. Go on a canyoning tour and climb up mountain streams and slide down natural waterslides wearing a wetsuit and helmet. During early summer and fall, the center offers river rafting; in winter, snow sports such as snowshoeing; no matter the time of year, the center has activities through which you can get in touch with nature. The center has courses for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners, so even those not confident in their physical abilities can have fun.
