This farmers market opened in 2009 is located an 18-minute/10 kilometer drive from the Shibukawa-Ikaho interchange on the Kan-etsu Expressway via Prefectural Route 33. In addition to fresh picked vegetables, the market's diverse selection includes Mizusawa udon noodles, Ikaho Onsen manju buns, and fresh flowers. Of particular note is the market which sells local products straight from the producers. Selling organic vegetables, specially cultivated vegetables, and mineral-rich vegetables, all of the vegetables reassuringly bear the name of the producer and production area. Yukian, the market's restaurant, serves spicy, flavorful curry udon noodles.

四万温泉の帰りに立ち寄りました、地元食材を求めて午前中訪問したのですが、期待した生鮮野菜は有りませんでした。店としては地方のスーパーと言う感じで、お土産を買い求めに立ち寄るほうが適切なのかもしれません。

地元の生産者が作った食材がずらりと。お酒などもあり、珍しいペットボトルに入った地ビールもありました。コーヒ―は注文してから落としてくれるのでちょっと時間がかかりますが、120円でおいしかった。
鮎めし旨い

8月11日訪問盆休みの激混みの中、軽井沢方面の抜け道として伊香保ルートを選択した際に立ち寄り。中に併設されている名物のカレーうどんは食することは出来なかったけど、弁当がありその中に鮎めしがありこれが安く非常に美味しかったです。川魚は好き嫌いあるところですが、この鮎めしの鮎は当然頭から全て食べられますし、米も薫りが良い。他にもお土産も揃っているので非常にお勧めかと思います。
