Manza Highway
This 20.3 kilometer long vehicle road connects the Tsumagoi Highland and Manza Onsen and is located a 40-minute drive from the Usui-Karuizawa Interchange on the Joshin-etsu Expressway via the Asama-Shirane Volcano Route heading towards Manza Onsen. The Manza Highway and the Onioshi Highway are collectively called the Asama-Shirane Volcano Route. Tsumagoi Farm, roadside restaurants, and the Ura-manza Ski Resort are situated along the Manza Highway. Surrounded by mountains, the views along the highway are highly seasonal and drivers can enjoy the picturesque scenery.
