This museum is also located right next to the ""Tango Kyodoshiryokan"" bus stop. To locals, it is known as the ""Furusato Museum Tango."" The main building exhibition space introduces the history and culture of Tango and is also used to hold around five special exhibitions a year. Visitors can view exhibits on the Chionji Temple and Tenkyo-gijuku school as well as artifacts unearthed from archeological digs.
