Takasaki Natural Park
A lush park whose vast grounds are covered in trees located a 10-minute drive from the Yatabe Interchange. The park is divided into six areas - a seasonal forest zone, fun forest zone, cherry tree forest zone, wild bird forest zone, waterside forest zone, and family friendly square. Seasonal trees and plants bloom in each of the areas, and many visitors are attracted to the park during peak sightseeing seasons. In spring, there's a tunnel of double-flowered cherries and weeping cherries; in autumn, Japanese maples color the grounds. The park provides many opportunities for coming in contact with nature and visitors can also view plants and animals like the many wild birds and water lilies found in the wild bird forest and waterside forest areas.
