Awashimasha Shrine / Awashima Park

"This shrine is located on the side of National Route 213 in Usuno, Bungotakada City. Legend has it that the shrine, which sits on top of a cliff that faces the ocean, will grant women a single wish. Many people shrine to pray for marriage, something that has led to National Route 213 gaining the nickname ""Koikana Road,"" a pun about love coming true. The adjacent Awashima Park also has a monument to ""tying the knot."""
