This soba noodle shop located on the Gassan Hanagasa Line in Shimizujiri, Tamugimata, Tsuruoka City. They feature Sotoni soba (adding two cups of wheat flour and for every 10 cups of buckwheat flour) made with Mt. Gassan spring water and flour from locally grown Hitachiakisoba grinded with a millstone. Meals include their Gassan Mori that comes with tempura and two wild vegetable side dishes, seasonal soba with wild vegetables or mushrooms, and their soba meal set that comes with items featuring local, seasonal ingredients (advance reservation required). The Tamugiso lodge is on the property, too.

紅葉が始まっていて、お座敷からも景色が堪能出来此れも蕎麦を美味しくしています。民宿併設してあり宿泊も可能です。

瀧水寺大日坊に向かう途中で蕎麦屋を探していたらヒットしたので同じ方向にあったので入りました。すると13時過ぎでしたがお蕎麦が品切れでうどんしかないとの事で了承しメニューを見て吟味していたらお蕎麦あります？という事で食べれました。板そば風の田舎そばでこしがあり美味しかったです。量少ないと思い大盛り頼みましたがにこしがあるのでよく噛むのかお腹いっぱいになりました。天ぷらも頼みましたが山菜にイカのげそな...

月山街道沿いにある民宿に併設しているお蕎麦屋さんです。道路沿いの見晴らしの良い場所にあり店内からの景色もきれいで気持ちよく食事ができます。冷たい鶏そばとげそ天もりそばを頼みました。蕎麦の香りものど越しもよくそばつゆはかけもつけも少し薄めでさっぱりとした味です。大変おいしくいただきました。値段はそこそこしますが量もたっぷりあるのでＣＰは高いと思います。
