日本橋コレド室町1の1Ｆ、通るとおだしのいい香りにつられ、日本橋だし場でおだしを楽しむ人が多いです。物販コーナーは定番の鰹節やつゆ、ドレッシングなどもあり、父の日前にはおつまみをそろえた晩酌セットなるものを購入しました。地下で三越やコレド室町テラスともつながっているので、雨の日も便利です。

日本橋のコレド室町１Fにある「にんべん日本橋本店」に訪問しました。にんべんといえば、出汁です。出汁の試飲もできますし、また、イートインスペースでは、出汁を使った料理を食べることもできます。

チョコレートたくさん食べてアマイアマイ口でコレドへ。このあたりは、和の雰囲気が素敵です。にんべんの本店ということで冷やかしに訪問。お出汁を振舞ってもらいアマイアマイ口が中和しました。ありがとう！にんべんさん。鰹節、昆布、鰹節のふりかけなどお土産を購入しました。あなどれない！行ってみるべし！
