An all-day cafe and restaurant located on the 12th floor of the Itoya Building in Ginza. Cafe Stylo takes particular pride in its use of eggs from chickens raised in peaceful conditions at Kurofuji Farm, as well as organic vegetables grown in a hydroponic facility on the 11th floor of the same building. Cafe Stylo seeks to support hardworking people from the inside and out with egg-based dishes and salads made with vegetables grown right in the heart of Ginza. The delightfully runny salmon scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and cream cheese are a particularly recommended lunch option. If you like, you can switch out the scrambled eggs for fried eggs or an omelet.

A good meal with no Japanese food

We wanted to have a more international meal, this was perfect. We taste the salmon toast and the Spanish jam. It was good with a nice view at the 12th floor.

11층에 있는 식물공장을 구경하고 12층에서 식사할수있는 곳입니다 공장에서 재배한 상추로 직접 셀러드를 먹을 수도 있고 사서 먹을수 있는 곳 다른 음식도 유기농 식단이 좋아요
銀座の伊東屋のカフェで休憩

銀座を歩いていた私たちは、有名な文房具屋さんの伊東屋で様々なステーショナリーを見た後、伊東屋のビルの最上階にあるこちらのカフェ・スティロに入って休憩しました。いただいたのはパンケーキとコーヒー。価格はさすがに銀座価格？と思ってしまいますが、ふわふわで、たくさんのフルーツ類がトッピングされたパンケーキは、もちろんおいしかったですよ。
