Gotsubo
A fashionable tsukemen noodles with dipping sauce and ramen restaurant complete with terrace seating located a three minute walk from the Exit 2 of Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station on the Marunouchi Line. Designed around the concept of tsukemen eaten with vegetables, the restaurant makes use of seasonal, domestically-grown vegetables in its dishes. The restaurant's vege nibo broth, made with chicken, vegetables, and dried sardines, is rich and yet healthy thanks to the incorporation of a high amount of vegetable starch. You can choose between two types of broth to eat with your noodles-a chicken broth made with shrimp and tomatoes and a ginger broth. Gotsubo's ramen is made with black Iberian pork and, in addition to tasting great, looks chic and fashionable as well.
