The shop's palm-sized puchi nikuman are particularly easy to eat on the go and are a favorite of visitors to the market. Suga Shoten's chicken shumai dumplings are made with meat from the renowned Toritoh. Customers love the crunchy texture provided by the cartilage mixed in. Suga Shoten also accepts mail orders for its popular shrimp seafood spring rolls, made with shrimp, squid, and other seafood.
