Only five minutes from Nihonbashi Station, Hakuza Nihonbashi is accessible on the Ginza line, Tozai line, and the metro Asakusa line. This is the flagship store of the Kanazawa gold leaf maker, Hakuza. Kanazawa City, the Gold Leaf Town, produces almost all of the gold leaf in Japan. 'Haku' is the terminology for gold, silver or platinum which has been rolled into film sheets, chief among them being gold leaf sheets. Traditionally used in shrine and temple structures, for Buddhist images, and used on artistic screens and murals, nowadays metal leafing is widely being used in other interior and cosmetic fields. At Hakuza, the metal leafing is extensively used in the tableware, interior decoration and accessories, as well as in the cosmetics, and western confections in collaboration with pastry chef, Mr. Sunami.

夏休みのポーランド旅行から帰国後、主人を先に帰して一人で東京に滞在。日本橋の「コレド室町」界隈をブラブラ。１・２・３ほとんど周ってきましたが、１の方の１階に入っている「箔座日本橋」さんへもおじゃましてきました。金箔で有名な金沢のお店のようです。金箔入りのコスメは聞いたことがありますが、実際に間近で拝見できて良かったです。他にもアクセサリーや陶器なども販売されていました。何も買わなかった...

金沢の金箔コスメの東京のお店です。以前金沢を旅行した際に気に入ったのでこちらで購入できるのはよかったです。金箔のパックを使うと確かに化粧ノリがよくなる気がしますし、値段はそれほど高くないです。

金箔を使った様々なものが販売されています。ガラスや漆器など金がよくつかわれるもの以外にコスメもうっています。化粧水などなかに金箔がはいっているのがわかり、見た目にもきれいです。また金箔のパックも売っていて、プレゼントにもよいと思います。中央に金箔で覆われた小部屋があるので、是非みてみてください。
