The shop's displays are filled with select rice crackers made entirely in one factory, from the rice polishing to the bagging. In addition to orthodox soy sauce senbei, the shop also offers chocolate coated sweet senbei crackers. The assortment of bell-shaped rice crackers, modeled after the silver bell in Tokyo Station which is used as a popular meet up spot, is only sold here at this location.

「東京鈴せんべい」は、東京駅八重洲地下中央口の待ち合わせ場所「銀の鈴」をモチーフにしたおせんべいです。かつお七味、だし醤油、揚げ塩、黒米揚げの4種類で、東京駅グランスタ店での限定商品です。黒米揚げを頂きましたが、あっさりとした揚げせんべいで風味が良かったです。
