This is the Skytree Town branch of the historic Japanese foods merchant in Nihonbashi. This is a jointly operated project by the 8th generation Konosuke Yamada and his daughter Ichino. The lunch menu has only three standards items; Oyakodon bowl, an Iki-Oyakodon which has extra egg, and other seasonal Oyakodon dishes. During dinner hours, the menu changes to gamecock cuisine courses. There is only counter seating, but the restaurant has a spacious leisurely atmosphere.

おいしい親子丼

JALパックのクーポンで利用しました。７時前に行ったのですが、コロナのためか空いていたので予約もしていなかったのですが空いていました。親子丼で勝負をしているお店でさすがにおいしかったです。鶏肉も３種類を使っているみたいです。定食屋さんの親子丼よりは値段も少し高いですが、満足はできると思います。席はすべてカウンターのようですね。大人数には適していないと思います。

初めて行きました、噂には聞いていましたが、コロナ渦なのもあって空いてましたね。極み親子丼を頂きましたが、美味いの一言がとびてますね、卵が濃厚で、鶏肉は軍鶏で柔らかく旨味も十分でした。鳥のスープも美味しく頂きました。私は食べなかったのですが、濃厚なプリンを食べられている方は、こちらも濃厚絶品と言っていました。

東京スカイツリー・ソラマチにある鳥料理の銘店たまひでの系列店です。基本、親子丼中心のメニューで使用する鶏の種別で３種類あります。コロナ禍の中の平日昼時でしたが、そこそこの待ち列が出来ており人気の程が伺えました。肝心の親子丼ですが真ん中のクラスのものをいただきましたが、お値段の割には感動するほどの味でもなく、かと言って美味しく無いわけでは無い。お味＋ブランド料でこんなものかと言った感じでした...
