上野駅入谷改札入ってすぐのエキュート上野内にあるスイーツ店。本店は目黒区柿の木坂。卵の殻に入った「うふプリン」で有名。一番人気の抹茶モンブランと、チーズケーキ、シュークリーム、あまおうのショートケーキを購入。抹茶モンブランはクリームが重い感じ。濃い緑色だが抹茶の風味は非常に薄い。なぜ一番人気なのか謎。他のケーキ類もそうだがクリームのねっとり感が強い。それがこの店の特徴(売り)なのかもしれないが、好...
