Dote no Iseya
A long-standing tendon (tempura rice bowl) restaurant established in 1889 which has continued to serve the same great-tasting meals for 128 years. The restaurant's signature item is its anago garden eel tempura, and Dote no Iseya has a dedicated tank outside the restaurant to ensure customers enjoy only the freshest eel. Taking great care in the oil used to deep fry the tempura, the thick sauce drizzled on top, and the rice served in each bowl, Dote no Iseya serves truly first-rate tendon.
