Maison Dandoy (Daimaru Tokyo Branch)MAISON DANDOY (メゾンダンドワ) 大丸東京店

Pastries

A Western confectionary shop selling Belgian waffles located on floor B1 of Hoppe Town in the food floor area of the Daimaru Tokyo department store connected directly to JR Tokyo Station. Maison Dandoy was founded some 185 years ago and this is the brand's first international location. The shop's waffles are so delicious, even the king of Belgium has snuck out to buy them. The shop's biscuits are imported direct from Belgium, while its Belgium waffles are faithfully made according to the original recipe in the shop-after a two or three minute wait, you can enjoy a fresh, toasty waffle hot off the press. The shop's Brussels waffles make for perfect souvenirs and are crisp on the outside, moist on the inside, and redolent of the aromas of vanilla and butter.

Tokyo Main Areas

The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It's hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world's tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you're in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
