A restaurant dedicated to cultural dissemination located on the street between the Nihombashi and Edobashi bridges in Nihombashi-muromachi, Chuo City, Tokyo. The restaurant serves food and drink using products from long-standing Nihombashi shops; during lunch, Honen Manpuku offers gozen set meals. The restaurant is also used as a space for lectures on food culture and post-wedding parties, and additionally sells renowned Nihombashi fermented foods and products from Yamamoto Noriten, Ninben, or Mikado Coffee.

Amazing beef ribs that came out on sizzling tray and salad with avocado was delicious. The atmosphere was good with good service. Had tempura dish and that was massive, definitely enough for 2 or 3.
