A restaurant dedicated to cultural dissemination located on the street between the Nihombashi and Edobashi bridges in Nihombashi-muromachi, Chuo City, Tokyo. The restaurant serves food and drink using products from long-standing Nihombashi shops; during lunch, Honen Manpuku offers gozen set meals. The restaurant is also used as a space for lectures on food culture and post-wedding parties, and additionally sells renowned Nihombashi fermented foods and products from Yamamoto Noriten, Ninben, or Mikado Coffee.
