The very first pastry shop established by world-renowned pâtissier Hironobu Tsujiguchi. Tsujiguchi has received the highest evaluations in the chocolate competition at the Salon du Chocolat festival in Paris four years running. Located in the Jiyugaoka area, a hotly contested battleground for sweets shops, Mont St. Clair’s kitchen can be viewed by patrons via glass window. The shop regularly offers over 150 colorful delicacies, including Tsujiguchi’s signature “C’est la Vie,” a sweet which has won top awards in French contests.
