A live music venue located in the Dogenzaka area of Shibuya City, Tokyo, the name was changed from Shibuya O-EAST in December 2013. Able to accommodate 1,300 people, this large venue is divided into a standing floor and balcony area. In addition to live performances by rock bands, idol entertainers, and artists of all manner of genres, the facility also hosts small scale festival-style events.

ライブハウスです。フロアが横長だったので、後ろの方（PA前）でもステージがよく見えました。ステージ奥のドラムもよく見えたので満足でした。入り口は階段を上がったところ（２階）にありました。ドリンクチャージのビールはハイネケン（缶）でした。缶で渡されるのは珍しいと思いました。

TSUTAYAがネーミング権を持っているライブハウスの1つです。同じビルにはo-crestとduoが、隣接するビルにはo-westとo-nestがあるので、ライブが重なるとごった返している印象があります。o-eastは1000人超が入るライブハウスで、2階席（関係者席となることもある）は座れますし、前にでて楽しみたければスタンディングで楽しむことができますので、スタイルに応じて楽しめる空間です...

ฮอลล์แสดงคอนเสิร์ต อยุ่ที่ชิบุยะ แต่ก่อนชื่อ shibuya o east ตอนนี้ใช้ชื่อ tsutaya o east ทางเข้าลึกลับหน่อย ต้องเดินเข้าซอย (ในซอยมีม่านรูดเยอะมาก) มีลอว์สันอยุ่ใกล้ๆวด้วย
