Candy Store

This veteran Japanese confectionery shop was founded in 1805. They are famous for their kuzu mochi sweets, made their own special way since their founding. Kuzu mochi is made with lactic acid fermented wheat starch aged for 450 days. It’s covered in their secret recipe kuromitsu brown sugar syrup and kinako soy flour before eating. Their “Omatcha Kuzu Mochi” with matcha green tea syrup is only available at their Coredo Muromachi shop.

船橋屋は江戸文化二年(1805年)に亀戸で創業。
くず餅は江戸から伝わる発酵和菓子。
そのくず餅などの甘味を、日本橋にあるコレド室町でも味わえます。

明るい店内はテーブル席があり、ちょっとした休憩に便利。
コレド室町店限定の「お抹茶くず餅」
くず餅、抹茶蜜、抹茶きな粉の三位一体の味を楽しめます。

8席のみですが、イートインコーナーがあります。コレド室町限定の抹茶葛餅をいただきました。
抹茶きな粉と、抹茶の黒蜜がかかっています。
いつも食べている葛餅とは変化があって、これはこれでありかなと。

くず餅で有名な船橋屋、コレドのお店はしっとりと落ち着いた雰囲気でイートインが出来ました。
いちごのかき氷は果肉がジューシー!お値段以上の美味しさで涼も感じました。
