Blue Bottle Coffee is a coffee shop chain which boasts tremendous popularity in the United States as a leader of the third wave coffee movement; this location is the brand’s fifth café in Japan. The café’s signature coffee is carefully hand dripped one cup at a time using fresh coffee beans roasted in Blue Bottle’s roaster in Kiyosumi Shirakawa.
