A formal restaurant founded in 1875 serving traditional kaiseki course cuisine located inside Ueno Park. The restaurant's striking interior is reminiscent of an old-fashioned Japanese home; its huge windows, encompassing whole walls, allow patrons to observe the changing of the seasons. Innsyoutei primarily serves bean and vegetable-based cuisine made with a colorful variety of ingredients. All of the restaurant's soybean dishes are handmade with 100% domestically produced soybeans ordered just for that day. Innsyoutei accepts reservations of parties from two to 80 people. The restaurant is perfect for a variety of functions, from entertaining an important business client to celebrating a special event.
