An integrated bakery and shop serving fresh-baked custard apple pies. Filled with smooth custard and thick-cut apples, the shop’s pies are delicious whether fresh out of the oven or enjoyed later. The shop’s apples, flour, and milk are all from Hokkaido. The shape of Ringo’s pies was developed and refined over a 30 year period by the renowned Kinotoya pastry shop in Sapporo.
